The New Golden Mile is a coastal and slightly inland stretch between San Pedro de Alcántara (west of Marbella) and the eastern side of Estepona, running roughly 10–19 km along the N‑340/A‑7. It includes both beachfront urbanisations and inland communities up towards Benahavís, often marketed together as a “triangle” of Estepona–Benahavís–San Pedro for lifestyle and property

Life here is quieter and more relaxed than central Marbella but still very upmarket, with modern developments, promenades, and easy access to both Estepona’s old town charm and Marbella’s restaurants and shopping.
